I want to share XL file between users

Hi Friends,

I was in urgent issue, can any one tell me how to share a excel file and folder with 4 users. 4 users should be able to open at a time and edit the files.

Do you have any options like CheckIn, CheckOut for excel. It will be good for me, since it maintain copy of excel both in local and server. can work offline also.

Kindly help me please
