AntvrsInstall[1].exe is spyware and should be removed. I suggest you start your pc in safe mode and try to remove it using the Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel. If this doesn't work, look up the location of AntvrsInstall[1].exe, remove it manually and clean up your pc using a real virusscanner, crap cleaner and perhaps something like ad-aware.
