re: Where to Download Microsoft Word 2003

Hello,

If you really want Microsoft Word 2003, you will need to purchase a copy of MS-Office 2003 from MS (if version 2003 is still sold and supported by MS). If you want some link to pirated version of MS-Office, you are at wrong place as it violates bytes posting guidelines.

Some other alternatives include:

1. OpenOffice: OpenOffice.org (OO.o or OOo), commonly known simply as OpenOffice, is an office application suite supporting Microsoft Office formats among others. Moreover, it is free.

2. Word Viewer: View, print and copy Word documents, even if you don't have Word installed.

3. Abiword: AbiWord is a free word processing program similar to Microsoft® Word.

There are more such free programs available but I will recommend you to try and use OpenOffice. A comprehensive list is available on wikipedia.

Hope this helps...

re: Where to Download Microsoft Word 2003

A download for the product was hard to find and may be unavailable through reliable vendors.

Here is one for the viewer though (Word Viewer 2003).

OpenOffice is fine if you have no need ever to use code (automation) or even work with any documents that use code.
