Is there any ftp available with email functionality?.

I need FTP with the following functionality.

1. A FTP tool, which will automatically send email to people once download/upload is over.

No. Not that I'm aware of.

Have you considered a command file (or any other type of application really) that would run the FTP process and follow it immediately with code to submit the email?

I can't help with the email side I'm afraid. Even programming that is very difficult now with all the security restrictions rolled out everywhere.

In case anyone else is interested in the basic concept of stringing separate commands into a command file (including FTP), as well as an FTP controlling file, please see Access Autopilot and Vista. This includes some VBA programming which you're unlikely to be interested in, but it also includes posts with .CMD & .FTP file examples in.
