CD RW Shows an Exclaimation mark ( Error 39)

Hi Guys
I got WindowsXp SP1, my Sony CD-RW CRX 230EE, stopped working one fine morning. It is not listed in the Drive List.
In Devise manager, the CDRW shows exclamation mark with error 39.
What I did..? Removed Upper filter and Lower filter keys from Registry...No result,
Uninstalled and reinstalled CDRW- Again shows Exclamation Mark.
Removed and reinstalled secondary IDE channel - No result - situation remains same...
Connected to Internet in search of Drivers for CDRW- No results..
Can anyone help..? and please Dont ask me to reinstall WIndowsXp :-(
