How to backup Outlook Express email folders and settings

I need to upgrade from Windows Me to Windows Xp, anyone can please tell me how can I backup everything in Outlook Express for an easy restore after reinstalling Windows?

I use OETweaker to tell Outlook Express to put files some place other than [way too deep in Documents and Settings to be described or even found] where it usually does. That way I can just copy the folder.

Same here, I just copy the folder, otherwise you need office outlook or exchange server. Great response Barton!
