Respected sir,
I have win xp sp2 my mechine does not open "help and support centre" and other is under tools explorer "folder option" does not showing. Pl. help me.

You have an answer to #1 here. For this reason it is not good to use the same name more than once for your post. Please don't ask the same question in two places.
#2 Try going to Help and Support and type "folder options" and see if the links there work.
