help files

hi everybody this is seshu
see guys very much in need of ur help and problem is like this
i dont know anything abt html but i heard that we can design a help file using html if some can suggest me with the code are your valuble suggesions i will be the happiest person one more thing i want the help file to be of extention .hlp or .chm because i need to use in vb
