What OS are you using (XP Pro, Home, Win2k, Server 2003, etc...)? Is this a personal computer, or one on a domain?

Chainz-

Home or Pro?

If it's Pro, you will be able to right-click My Computer, go to Manage, and then access the Users (and Groups) from there, and be able to delete and modify the profiles, however if it is home, you will need to go through Control Panel -> Users Accounts, and then you will be able to create/delete profiles from there (I don't know a better way in Home off the top of my head, perhaps someone else does. And you should be able to do the second method with XP Pro as well - it's just a more "warm and fuzzy" interface than going through My Computer)
