Is there any one that can help me i have a problem i forgot my administrator password to my pc i only have guess privilages is there any way i can get back or have to get the password.

Removing the cmos battery for about a day will reset the system settings including clearing passwords

Ok this post is going in the wrong direction, you are talking about windows password right not your bios/cmos password as far as I can tell and you are talking about your guest account not your guess account. Anyways there are ways in which you can find out or reset the password for your machine specifically windows xp.

What you need is a bootable disk that will let you reset the password so to fo this you need to use another computer with a cdrw drive and burn yourself a nice bootable disk with a windows password reset program on it. There are many of these programs online, you can even find free ones. Let me find some links for you....

Link 1 (skip to download section at the bottom and make yourself a nice bootable disk) (you can use a floppy but cd is faster and highly recommended)

Link 2 Contains other 5 links to free password cracks have fun!!!!

doesn't xp provide a password recovery utility on the install cd? boot to the cd

yeah, reinstall over the existing and backup crucial data... and next time, don't use the admin account, make a copy of that and use that one instead...

maybe Linux KNOPPIX 5.0 can help ????
