IIS 8.0 Error (Web publishing)

Gobindap
Hearty greetings to all.

I have a website collection of different web forms. I had published it in LAN via visual studio when I had Windows 7. Now I have installed windows 8. When I tried to publish same it show following error. How can this error be removed?

Detailed Error Information:
Module IIS Web Core
Notification BeginRequest
Handler Not yet determined
Error Code 0x80070021
Config Error This configuration section cannot be used at this path. This happens when the section is locked at a parent level. Locking is either by default (overrideModeDefault="Deny"), or set explicitly by a location tag with overrideMode="Deny" or the legacy allowOverride="false".
Config File \\?\F:\My Work\FMIS\web.config

Requested URL http://192.168.13.141:80/fmis
Physical Path F:\My Work\FMIS\fmis
Logon Method Not yet determined

Config Source:

35: <system.webServer>
36: <modules runAllManagedModulesForAllRequests="true"/>
37: </system.webServer>

It shows runAllManagedModulesForAllRequests="true"/> in red as error.

How should config file be managed or what should be done to remove this error. I also have attached config file that caused error.

Thanks in advances
