Help in puting numbers for each items on the group

Good day to all,

I would like to ask for your expertise regarding putting numbers for each item for each group on my report (Visual Basic 6)

Example of report

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. HR Department  
  2. No.  EmployeeID    EmployeeName
  3. 1    2006060621    DelaCruz, Juan        
  4. 2    2006060601    Dantay, Jessie         
  5.  
  6. Accounting
  7. No.  EmployeeID    EmployeeName
  8. 1    2007060621    Orbita, Cecile
  9. 2    2006070601    Romantico, Jeffrey
  10. 3    2003070701    Baluyot, Christina
please help me how to automatically put the bold numbers for each Person in the group.

How you are printing..?
Printer.Print OR DataReports OR Crystal Reports......?
