Using Tab Strip

Hi all,
I have add a tabstrip to my form. Now how can i use it it is not working as a frame.
How to use it.
I have tabs name wallpaper, themes, logons, username, password.
Now how can i add controls to these strips.

Hi,

Tab Strip is a Pain, Instead use "Microsoft Tabbed Dialog Control", each tab acts as a Frame, and u can design properly

But in tab strip there is a xp style but in microsoft tabbed dialog control no xp style applied to this control.
What is the solution?
