You are probably closer than you think, provided you have VB Professional or enterprise installed. I would suggest creating a .EXE file, run the application to see what it looks like on 'other operating systems' beforehand, to minimize the amount of work spent in Deploying your product.
(1) You will need to select 'Make......EXE' under File to make a .EXE file to your program, notice the .... is the name of your program.
(2) I would search Google results, especially the first link, within the below, to see what others are saying. Just in case, you need a simple solution:

Again, I would make a .EXE file firsthand.
