XP text to speech

Hi. I am doing a project for our science fair and have no idea how to use the pre-made microsoft text to speech program in VB (so that it could say what was in a text box). I found that it worked very well and don't know enough programming to write my own.

try to use microsoft agents
open project press ctrl+T a window will be get opened select microsoft agent click ok a ctrl will be get placed on toolbar drag it over the form and use it
This is used to speak the text in the textbox
