Help needed in VBA for Access

hello,
I know its a VBA question but this is a VB group...

Im trying to write a routine that also creates a table or
tables by defenitions that it gets from the calling routine.
Thing is the code for this is different from normal VB and
the Access book I have is for Access97 and its examples dont
work.
I need to be able to create a table with x fields and enter
data - entirely unconnected to User interference once the
input is given and the command button clicked.
Ideas or examples on how this might be done will be very
much helpful.
