Encrypting/Decrypting mdb file

How does one encrypt a Microsoft Access Database and then open that
encrypted mdb file using code? I assume only the connection string is
different...

I have an old document
http://support.microsoft.com/default...;en-us;q165009 but cannot
find any reference relating to .Net
