Hi Dixon,

I'd recommend to read twice a good book oriented towards VB6 developers .
The one from Francesco Balena
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/073...lance&n=283155
is great for VS.NET, he is about to release the VB2005 version.

And learn all the new concepts and IDE without rush.
