How to assign Contact to Journal Entry?

How can I assign a contact to my new journal entry in Outlook 2003 within an
Add-in that I'm creating in dotnet?

I'm able to create my Outlook Journal Entry fine but not able able to assign
it to a Contact.
I want to be able to see from the activity tab in the contact page the entry
I just created for this contact.
