window time is not in proper way

sir i install win xp and linux in one pc. when we set time in xp it currupt in linux. i.e. linux shows wrong time while my cmos battery is working well. so please give the solution through which we can keep update proper time in both window.

Linux resets the hardware clock to UTC, windows resets the hardware clock to current local time. You will need to change your linux setting to let the kernel know that the clock is set to local time not to UTC.

sir i don't know how to change setting for clock in linux so please give solution to change setting clock

sir i use google link but i found no any positive point. my linux time is changed but windows time is incorrect. so please give the command of linux through which we remain correct on both operating system.

I guess the question now is, did you just read the document, or did you do what it said to? What steps did you take from that link?
