Highlighting a column in a report MS Access

I have a report that shows job failures from a sql server database. Is there a way to manually highlight the report as if to identify more urgent failures? For example, say a job fails early in the morning and we need to take care of it right away, we might want to highlight that row in red in the report.

Any information is helpful

I need the user to be able to choose which rows he or she wants to highlight in the report, not based on any sort of criteria
