Intellisense not working

For some reason my Intellisense doesn't work.

I have confirmed that Intellisense is enabled in the option in Tools|
Options|Text Editor|Transact-SQL|IntelliSense.

My brother hits the same server, and his Intellisense works fine.
THis makes me think the issue is not a server setting (unless that
setting is by account?).

Intellisense is a big help when typing, so I would like to get it
working again.

Any ideas out there?
