Merging Dataset into exisitng SQL DB

Hi,

I have an application that generates data into tables that are connected between them.

The thing is that some of the records are already in the DB, but the dependencies are new (and vice versa).

Have any ideas how to handle all of this on the server side?

I am not entirely sure what you mean. Could you please try explaining more thoroughly?
