I need help with contact form

I get a lot of spam recently and I think is from my contact page... how do I encode my email address so that It won't be picked up by spam bots?

i guess yoyu have a mailto:address in your page? so you would need to have your email address there ... you might use a serverside mailscript and post the message to the serverside script from where it will be mailed ... so the page wouldn't need to know your email address ... thus it would be completely hidden :)

Thanks, I already found contactmeform , so I placed a contact form instead... My email address is not visible anywhere now, so zero spam :)
