I want to develop a site as makemytrp.com or yatraa.com.I have a problem that i don't know from where i will get Indian Flight reservation API and train ticket Reservation API . I have gone through "cleartrp.com" , Is this the solution or anything else .... please suggest

Yes,
I want that user should get details of available flight and can do reservations online from my site.As can be done on makemytrip or yatraa.com

you have to develop it yourself or hire a developer to do it,

you need to contact the airline ticket reservation service provider also...
