Hi everyone,
This is a question for all of you out there who also work as Access database designers and administrators.
I know there are a lot of variables to consider when estimating your worth to a company, but I am curious as to what everyone thinks is a reasonable salary for someone who designs and programs all aspects of Access applications for a large company?
Keep in mind that the typical process includes everything from defining what data is mission critical, designing the entire application (back end and front end) to supporting users once the application is finished. Also note that all of this is done by a single person with data sets that exceed hundreds of thousands of records and substantial cross-departmental collaboration.
