I need help drawing a use case diagram for a piece of text, Can you help
Please? i am new to UML. I drawn a digram with visio but i think it is wrong.

There is a nice list of UML tools here, at Wikipedia.

I used to use StarUML a couple of years ago. It works fine, although I don't think it's still being developed. Latest version was released in 2005.

the MagicDraw UML-tool is very nice ... i could recommend it - there is a communityEdition which is free for personal use. There are versions for all platforms available and it supports a lot of diagrams, but in the CE of it the diagrams are limited to 25 objects i think ... except of the classDiagram. i guess there are some others that will do well, and btw. why do you think its wrong with visio? or what do you think is wrong with your diagram?
