How to stop wkhtmltopdf.exe pop-up while running it with Python

I am using wkhtmltopdf.exe for converting html to pdf using python. The pop-up window of wkhtmltopdf.exe making it very difficult for me to work on any other things while running it. I have to convert around 200K+ files and have to work on something else simultaneously. But its really not letting me to work on anything else.

Is there a way of stopping this or running it in background? I really appreciate your help.

PS. Sorry I am new to it, don't know any other way to stop it.

I see that you cross posted with another site.
+ Did their answers work for you?
+ Have you contacted the developer's support of this CLT to see if there is such an option?
+ Have you taken a look at the C-Library available at the developer's site?
+ Have you reviewed the online help manual located at the developer's site?
+ Also, many of us are not familiar with this CLT so if you could tell us what kind of pop-up is occurring we may be able to provide more help. However, if this is commercial ad that is popping up, then the author may be using that as a source of income for a free tool and really shouldn't be blocked if that's the only charge being made for the program's use.
