Service not starting.. Timed out waiting for server startup

I am trying to start Postgresql 8.2.13 in Windows Server 2008 machine but is not starting..Service is getting timed out..
No specific error in the Aplication log in event viwer..

It was previusly running .. But after a server restart this was happening..

Is there any way I can recover the data?
