Where can I download HTML manual?

Hi,

Would someone please help me with this question.

I have the PDF file but I would like to read HTML.

On http://www.postgresql.org/docs/manuals/
I read:
"Manuals in HTML format as well as their DocBook SGML sources can also
be downloaded from the FTP area."

My question: where in the FTP area is the HTML manual for version 8.0?
