There's no such thing as 'PHP MySQL'

There's PHP, see http://php.net/manual/en/intro-whatis.php
and
There's MySQL, see http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.6/...-is-mysql.html

The answer to your question, in MySQL is:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. SELECT id, fname, lname, age
  2. FROM table
  3. WHERE age=42
Examples on how to implement this query in PHP can be found on the internet.

you can do it this way. .
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. <?php
  2. $options = "";
  3. //get data to your table
  4. $getquery = mysql_query("SELECT * FROM your_tbl");
  5. while($datas = mysql_fetch_array($getquery))
  6. {
  7. $options .= '<option value="'.$datas['age'].'">'.$datas['age'].'</option>';
  8. }
  9. echo '<select>'.$options.'</select>';//display
  10. ?>
