usage
To let me add/edit requirements on the fly i need the programmer to
follow an existing (and proven) code architecture, based on (proceural)
CRUD functions.
I have a little online test (30/50min) i wish the programmer take to
evaluate his skills

it test is ok, fast internet is required to speak about project
