i looking for a open source grid table that work can edit and store
to mysql with a simple click in the grido

If there isn't, it shouldn't be hard to create one yourself. It will take some time but it's not hard if you know ajax and dhtml.

yes but the problem is that i don´t have many time so i ask for help if anyone know some working :) so far i creat a simple table until i find what i need.

Unfortunately we don't just supply code for solutions. That is what employees or contracters do. The point is we can help you with your code. How about you post the code you have so far, and tell us what is not working or what id should be doing and we can either point you in the right direction, or help fix it so it does work how you want.
