Fopen Permission Denied

Hi All,
I Have Installed Wamp Server In My System.....i Have Written A Simple Php Program To Read And Display The Details Inside A File...so I Used Fopen...but The Output Is Permission Denied..why?

you probably need to set the file or folder permissions with chmod. take a look at this http://www.w3schools.com/php/func_filesystem_chmod.asp and do a bit of research with google.

... If I were to take a wild guess, I would say you don't have permission to use that file...

Try changing the file permission. Google is a big help there.

Why do you capitalize every word in your post? It's a very odd writing style :P
