Hi all,
How i can develop a system in which all the users can see an online presentation.

If you have to do that for a single presentation, then convert it to swf (with openOffice) and just launch it as such.

If you are trying to make a general presentation viewer, then you can make a kind of JavaScript slide show. But that won't run the usual ppts.
