Hii i am rite now using php in my sites..Can any one tell where are the main areas where the Php is being used..

In answer to the original question :
Near the top of the page there is a blue bar with the following options :
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Discussions | Forums | Howtos | Jobs
Hover the mouse over Forums and look for Web Development then, under that, PHP.

I know its being used for webdevelopment.i wanted to know weather we can use it for application development also
