Eclipse.org is using PHP

I am not sure anyone mentioned it before, but one of the most popular
IDE for Java (of coz you can also use Eclipse for other languages),
now is powered by PHP.

I find that hard to believe. php is a server side process and eclipse
is an editor that runs on client machines.
