flush() does not work

don't know whether this has anything to do with the cgi mode, but flush()
didn't work.

re: flush() does not work

those 3 sleep(10) cause error, since the script exceeded the 30 s default.
btu that's unrelated, reduce to 5 s the same thing

never mind, buffer conf is 2 big
