dropdown box problem

There 2 dropdown boxes in my form. one contains a list of countries and the other contains the list of cities. They come from a database.

What do I do so that when I choose a county, the cities of that country will be the only options on the cities dropdown box.


I need an aswer ASAP. Thanks...
