The two questions any employer is likely to ask are:
1) What quialifications have you got?
2) What experience have you got - is there a portfolio of projects you have worked on?

Answer these honestly and you've nothing to worry about.

If you are short on experience then develop some websites for friends and family -this will give you plenty of practice and a good chance to impress.

Just don't after any senior positions. Anything where they don't specify that they are after a senior web developer, they are usually lenient as long as you can prove that you know a lot more programming than just what you may have learned in school.
