how to request new features

Hi,

If I wanted to suggest a couple of new features for PHP - who/where/what
do I email ?

If I'm not mistaken, you can do so by "reporting a bug" and mark it as a
feature request:

http://bugs.php.net/report.php

However, they seem to be having database problems there right now...

And with PHP being open source, writing a patch and sending the code along
with the suggestion would no doubt go down much better than just asking for a
feature ;-)
