Use Google Ajax API from PHP

I need to use geocoding function in Google Ajax API from PHP.
I want to use this one as a tool to conver an adderss to
gis location. ( google map api doesn't provide japaanese geocoding )

Somehow I want to send request to this html page and get back the
gis location( lat, lng ) from php.

any tips are appreciated.
