Compiling PHP on Win2K...

Can anyone point me in the right direction to getting a successful structure
setup for compiling PHP on Win2k ?
I have the PHP sources, but I am not sure which compiler to get.

Are there any step by step sites ?

nevermind - i found the docs on the php site for using VC++.
