bug tracker/tracking system recommendation...

Hello,

I'm looking for a collaborative bug tracking system to manage a few
projects that I work on in our small studio. Does anyone here have any
suggestions or favorite bug tracking system?

I like bugzilla, but it's just too difficult to set up, and we are
running windows. I'd like a php/MySQL based solution, but asp or asp.net
would be ok (I guess), as long as the interface (for the user) makes sense.

Thanks,

Kevin N.
