oracle help

Hello,
As iam working in a corporate world, we are only allowed to have a project specific software.
Iam learning Oracle 9i Administrator track.

For this i need oracle 9i software on my office system which is not allowed as iam not working on oracle for my project.

I need oracle for self learning.

Is there any thiing like online stuff where i can practice oracle (like creating database, and playing administrator job).

If this is possible do let me know.

You will not find anything online to practice or run oracle sql queries or do any administrator job. You will need to install the 9i DB to make use of the same. Just a suggestion if you can use any machine in training rooms that have 9i DB installed and make of the same
