Reg Reports Builder

Hi,
I am using Reports builder 10g. I have published the reports on to server.
Some times the report takes 15-20 mins to loading through browser. Many times its working fine.
Can anybody tell me how to decrease the load time.

What is the REPORT all about? Does it contain complex queries or a Chart / Graphs?

Configure a seperate JVM for report generation (report server) as due to complex queries, it effects the system OR its the query that is executed which needs to be optimized.
