Now my scenario is following:
I m using DSL... DSL is connected to a Router and from Router connection to internet are provided to my computer. I have 3 PC connected with the router..
Now when i run any web server on my computer it start on IP 192.168.1.2 or 192.168.1.1 instead of external IP...

Thanx

re: Web Server

You are going to have to set up port forwarding on your router. Port forwarding will basically connect any incoming connections from your static IP that meet your criteria directly to an internal IP address. I'm sure that if you check the documentation that came with your router it will have instructions on how it's done.
