pcAnywhere connection to host through two multiple routers

Using pcAnywhere, I am trying to setup access to a pcAnywhere host PC that is behind two routers. The first router has a static public IP address on the internet. The second router has it's WAN port plugged into one of the LAN ports on the first router and has a static private IP address. The pcAnywhere host PC is plugged into the second router's LAN port and has it's static private IP address assigned by the second router.

From the remote PC on the internet, I can logon to the first router and manage it's settings.

1) How do I get access to the second router from the remote PC so I can change it's settings remotely?

2) How do I setup the port forwarding on both routers to get a pcAnywhere connnection to the pcAnywhere host behind the two routers?

When I connect my laptop to the LAN of the second router, I can connect to the pcAnywhere host OK, so I know the pcAnywhere software is installed and working on both host and remote.

I would appreciate any suggestions and comments. Thanks.
