d-link Hanging Up -Help

Hi Men

i have problem with adsl modem d-link 520t

it always disconnect

i watched log then i found this report

any one tell me what this mean ?

i have tow PCs Connected With Hub

I tried To connect one pc but i still have the same problem

i tried another router on my network it works good

i think the problem in the router
