Win form designer problem

Hi all,
Does any one know why a windows form designer failing on initial load,
any way it is loading on refreshing . Can any one tell me what will be the reason
behind this

One of the components on the form is failing to load...
The first class in the designer.cs is not the form class...

Oh... What is the error it gives you telling you the reason?
